About BISA/BFPG Undergraduate Network (UGN)
BISA is the UK’s leading association for international studies, bringing together academics, students, and practitioners to advance the study of global politics and international relations.
BFPG is a London-based think tank that promotes informed and inclusive discussions on the UK’s foreign policy choices.
The UGN will hold events across the UK, and together, we will create a platform where you can learn, engage, and network in ways that go beyond the classroom.
Benefits of joining the network
To be an official member of the UGN you must first join BISA as an undergraduate member, which currently costs just £10.50. You will then be able to benefit from:

- access to all BISA virtual events (unless closed)
- access to BISA journals - Review of International Studies and European Journal of International Security
- 25% discount on all Cambridge University Press titles
- 40% discount on the Cambridge/BISA International Relations Book Series
- a place at an annual BFPG event on careers in think tanks/policy
- invitation to apply for a place on a specially convened BISA/BFPG UGN workshop the day before BISA’s annual conference in June
- a special £10 undergraduate observer rate to attend the BISA annual conference.
Non-members will be able to attend network university events for £3.50 per event, and the UGN mailing list is open to all.
The Undergraduate Network (UGN) will be run by undergraduates for undergraduates, and details of the first committee are coming soon.
