The Colonial Postcolonial and Decolonial Working Group (CPD) have new co-conveners, replacing Dr Lisa Tilley, Dr Nivi Manchanda, and Dr Kerem Nisancioglu, who officially stand down at the end of March 2021.

Our new co-conveners are Dr Jenna Marshall, Senior Researcher (Postdoctoral Fellow) at the University of Kassel, Dr Sharri Plonski, Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, and Dr Heba Youssef, Senior Lecturer at the University of Brighton.

As the incoming co-conveners and co-chairs for the 2021 BISA Annual Conference ('Forget International Studies?') roundtable, we very much look forward to working with the wide range of BISA members engaged in research drawing on empire and coloniality in International Studies. Anyone interested in putting together a workshop, circulating a relevant call for papers, or sharing new research can contact us from 1 April at: cpd.group@bisa.ac.uk or via the mailing list.
