Book talk: Iranian Foreign Policy and the Empowerment of Ansar Allah
This event aims to introduce a Springer publication entitled Iran’s Military Power Projection and the Empowerment of Ansar Allah which provides an introspective analysis of the foundation of this unique Islamic state and reveals what makes it resilient and attempts to sustain it. From a multidisciplinary approach using anthropological, philosophical, psychological, and military grids, a new understanding is offered by Fatima Moussaoui. The book revisits the power of the clergy and maps out its original meaning and its ability to be wielded to serve policies in line with Iran’s contemporary political context.
